Born in India, Rajat Goswami joined AHWAAN FOUNDATION, a Youth based Film Festival and an NGO working towards WOMEN Empowerment in 2005 and was Festival Programmer till 2008 when he completed animation and film programme from MAAC and joined Osian's-Connoisseurs of Art in 2008. It is an 11 years old Film Festival screening Asian and Arabic films.

        One of the selection committee for the 2009 Osian's-Cinefan film festival (OCFF), He organized 5th TALENT CAMPUS in collaboration with BERLINALE TALENT CAMPUS at OCFF which included various Cinematography workshops, Screenplay Workshops and discussions. He programmed Bollywood and Asian Cinema for other Indian International film festivals over the years.

        Rajat was the Co-director of AHWAAN since 2007 and helped in the growth of the festival. He is now Festival Programmer and part of the selection committee of Osian's-Cinefan Film Festival. He has travelled extensively to festivals around India as a delegate.

        He is also running a festival consultancy team with a team experience of over a decade and the team is involved in various film festivals programming around the world.

        He has also directed 2 short films "LIFTMAN", "GOLMAAL" He assisted Mr. Gautam Agarwal in a corporate film for PACIFIC MALL and AD COMMERCIAL. Also involved with UFI production for the film production DEKH BHAI DEKH directed by Mr. RAHAT KAZMI, starring VIJAY RAAJ, GRACY SINGH, RAGHUVIR YADAV and
SIDHARTH KOIRALA
